T\u00fcm geribildirimler gelecekte neyi, nas\u0131l daha iyi yapabilece\u011fimize ili\u015fkin ileri-bildirimler olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hedefler g\u00fcncellenir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performans Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi; \u015firket hedefleri ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hedeflerinin uyumunu sa\u011flayarak y\u00fcksek performansa dayanan ortak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefler. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu uyumu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve y\u00f6netim aras\u0131nda \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve s\u00fcreklili\u011fe dayal\u0131 bir bilgi ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fturur. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlardan beklentiler a\u00e7\u0131k ve somut olarak ortaya konularak, beklentilerin ne nitelikte kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda yol g\u00f6sterilir. Ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n somut ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir kriterlerle de\u011ferlendirilmesi sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistemimiz adil ve \u015feffaf bir ileti\u015fim ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fcksek performans sergilemesini sa\u011flayacak aksiyonlar\u0131 belirler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck performans\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in gerekli olan destek gereksinimlerini ortaya koyar. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performans y\u00f6netim sistemimizin temel unsurlar\u0131 hedefler ve yetkinlikler olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. &#8220;Hedef belirleme ve yay\u0131l\u0131m y\u00f6netimi&#8221;, &#8220;y\u00f6nlendirme&#8221; ve &#8220;de\u011ferlendirme&#8221; a\u015famalar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Hedef belirleme ve yay\u0131l\u0131m y\u00f6netimi&#8221; a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n temelini \u00f6l\u00e7emedi\u011fimizi y\u00f6netemeyece\u011fimiz yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturur. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hedef ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeleri, belirlenmi\u015f d\u00f6nemler baz\u0131nda y\u00f6netici ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bire bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ile takip edilir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015eirketimizde performans de\u011ferlendirmesi y\u0131lda iki kez yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak uygulan\u0131r.
